This isn’t the “from a jar and pray” Alfredo.
This is scratch-made Alfredo — butter, cream, garlic, parmesan — slow-whispered together until it turns into velvet. Then we crown it with seasoned chicken and let it rest on a bed of pasta like it owns the place.
